Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username and authentication credentials.
Update Subscriber Information: If you join our product-update list, we collect your email address and your affirmative marketing consent. You may also voluntarily provide your church name, city, state or region, country, denomination, and church role. We do not collect a street address, precise church coordinates, browser GPS location, or inferred location for this signup.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our services, including browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
Private Beta Applications and Profiles: We collect the name, email, optional organization and credentials, role or background, testing specialties, device/browser details, interests, availability, communication choices, and cohort and activity history that applicants provide. Credentials are optional and do not control admission.
Beta Reports and Uploads: Reports may include descriptions, reproduction steps, citations, discussion, and screenshots you choose to upload. With disclosure in the report form, we attach data-minimized diagnostics: app version, route and timestamp, browser/OS, viewport, current map camera/style/period/layer summary, and recent application error identifiers. Report diagnostics do not intentionally include passwords, cookies, secrets, form contents, API payloads, or arbitrary console history.

Access, security, participation, and direct report-follow-up messages are required beta-service communications. Release updates are optional and may be disabled in your tester profile. Public contributor credit is opt-in and appears only after both tester consent and administrator approval; we do not publish tester email addresses or unapproved profile details.
